FULL TIME EXPERIENCED CHILDREN'S SERVICES TRAINERWe require a full time experienced trainer, with a home based office that can train, deliver and assess qualifications at Certificate III and Diploma level. Applicants should be motivated to provide high quality programs for our early childhood students as well as being able to provide a hands-on approach to training and assessment. Our mission is to provide high quality innovative learning programs to candidates within their own workplaces with an emphasis on the use of RPL. Qualifications and experience required: · Certificate IV in TAE or equivalent · Advanced Diploma of Children's Services (not essential) · A current Working with Children Check (WWC) · A current drivers license · Experience in the delivery and assessment of accredited training · A minimum of 5 years industry experience. · Highly developed oral and written communication skills · Highly developed time management and decision making skills We provide excellent conditions and promote a healthy work life balance.
