The courses will give you the confidence and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies in your workplace. Courses are designed to teach the knowledge and skills critical to saving life and minimising the severity of injury or sudden illness. Safety awareness and accident prevention are emphasized.

Includes Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR). It is recommended that this be updated annually.
This course is completed in 1 day x 8 hours or 2 evenings x 3 hours.

Perform CPR - HLTCPR201A (3 hours)
This course provides the skills to recognise and then manage a casualty who is unconscious and is not breathing. CPR is a life saving technique which can sustain life until an ambulance arrives.
Practical Outcomes recommends, in line with Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, that a CPR refresher program is undertaken every 12 months.
This course is delivered in our training rooms or can be delivered on site.

First Aid At Sea
The Marine environment can be a dangerous place. Every year hundreds of Australians are injured on our waterways Do you regularly sail, coach sailing or are your regularly involved with other water sports? If so the First aid at Sea course could be for you
The course will give you the confidence and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies at sea until medical assistance can be obtained All our courses are designed to teach the knowledge and skills critical to saving life and minimising the severity of injury or sudden illness. Safety awareness and accident prevention are emphasized. This Course complies with the YA racing requirements for categories 1, 2 and 3. All courses are delivered in our training rooms or can be delivered on site. (Parts of the course can be delivered on the water if a suitable vessel is available)
