Practical Outcomes - Who are we?

Practical Outcomes Pty Ltd commenced operating as a company in June 2006 and as a Registered Training Organisation in November 2006. The company is owned and managed by Caren Watts and Kellie Normington.

The business partners have worked together for 10 years across the fields of local government management, children’s services, accredited training delivery and as colleagues running separate consultancy businesses.

This duo have come together to bring their various skills and expertise to a joint venture aimed at supporting and developing businesses.

The company provides a range of services to the business sector and to individuals working in community services programs, specifically children’s services.

Our team has extensive knowledge and experience of private, local government and community based children’s services sector. Our expertise spans all areas of children’s services including; long day care, out of school hours care, family day care, home based care – the nanny field or care, kindergarten and early intervention. In line with this, we are committed to supporting organisations to provide the highest level of care, education and health services to young children and their families.

We believe that our passion and expertise in community based care is second to none and are committed to working with services to achieve the goal of making early childhood services a positive experience for all children and families.

Practical Outcomes have 2 offices in Melbourne, with trainers located around Victoria to service all areas.
