Early Childhood Trainer/Educator
Our team are looking for 2 permanent (at least 4 -5 days per week) experienced trainers to join our passionate team. The position includes:
Delivering Cert III through to Advanced Diploma qualifications via workplace training and assessment & classes
Developing training materials for in-service training workshops
Designing and delivering customised professional development programs for early childhood staff
Applicants should have as a minimum the following qualifications and experience:
The Diploma of Children's Services (or equivalent). The Advanced Diploma or Degree is desirable
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) or equivalent
Comprehensive early childhood industry experience, preferably at management level
Ideally at least 12 months training experience (accredited training) or a proven ability to deliver high quality training programs
Other skills include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to research and develop training content & materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong IT skills (word, email, power-point etc)
Knowledge and commitment to quality assurance
Understanding of AQTF standards.
