We are expanding our child care consultancy and training areas and are looking for the following staff:
Outside School Hours Care Trainer/Educator
Practical Outcomes are looking for qualified trainers to work with our outside school hours care clients in a variety of roles such as class based delivery, workplace training and assessment and professional development in-service training.
All applicants must have:
Comprehensive outside school hours care industry experience
A Diploma of Outside School Hours Care or equivalent
Certificate IV in TAA or equivalent and suitable training experience
The ability to write classes and professional development training sessions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent computer skills, Internet, email, Microsoft word, excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge and commitment to quality assurance systems
Early Childhood Trainer/Educator
Practical Outcomes are looking for qualified trainers to work with our early childhood clients in a variety of roles such as class based delivery, workplace training and assessment and professional development in-service training.
Comprehensive early child care industry experience
An Advanced Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent
A Diploma of Children's Services or Degree qualification
Excellent financial management and monitoring skills including preparation of budgets and unit costing
Excellent program management, financial management, forward planning and business planning skills
Excellent skills in the areas of public speaking, chairing meetings and working with the community
