Practical
Outcomes is a specialist provider of accredited child care
training in Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia and
Queensland.
We consist of a team of highly
professional trainers and assessors who have experience in a
wide range of Children’s Services programs.

Recognition Programs
Practical Outcomes are pleased to be able to offer a
recognition program for each student and every course.
We use the 'Recognising Competency' model developed by the
Community Services & Health Industry Training Board in
2004. We were directly involved in the development of
this model and are passionate about its implementation.
The recognition program involves assessing your current
skills and knowledge, giving you credit for what matches the
course you have chosen and then providing you with a plan to
complete the 'gap'.

Our other
specialty areas include; in-service training, team building,
management training, business consultancy including business
planning, policy writing, service reviews and training
related to accreditation principles.
 International Students
We also work closely with ITHEA, a specialist provider of
Children's Services qualifications to international
students.
